Janice just picked up her smart car. Her timing was perfect. She sold her Subaru @ 5:30 pm and bought the Smart @ 6:30 pm on the same day.
I'm a bit annoyed that she says it's "Her" smart car but I think I've convinced her it's "My" house. A decent trade but I kind of wish it was "Our" Smart car and "Our" house.
I guess with the way the Calgary housing market has been going I could afford a fistful of new Smart cars if I really wanted.
She did say I could drive it every once in awhile. Good enough for me.

A recent photo shoot with a model called Amy. We done some studio work to get some different types of shots, some of which were taken on black like this one, others where using white.
My aim in this was to capture Amy with only anything other than black standing out. her hair is dark so I started to loose it around the edge and same with her Jacket and Trousers. The focus is around the face, hands and front part of her body with even some of her jacket becoming illuminated with detail.
If panning, I was not after the full body including hair light. I did use it for other shots but turned the light of during this particular photo. The outline started to off balance the photo.

It´s not just what drive, it`s how you drive it!
When you are behind the wheel, you can reduce the amount of carbon dixoide your car produces.
First, plan ahead, if you "piggyback" your erands, you wil reduce the number of miles you drive and the pounds of globe-warming emmissions you create.
Keep your speed down.
At speeds above 55 mph, fuel economy drops significantly.
Drive "gently".
By lightening up on the gas pedal and brake, you can archive up to 35% better gas miliage.
Avoid high traffic periods and idiling forlonger than 10 secounds.
finally take any excess cargo out of your car.
The heavier the load, the more fuel required to move it!
If you implement these small changes in how you drive you can save thousands of pounds of CO2 emissions every year and really help the planet.
You`ll need fewer stops af the gas pump too.
