This pool which is attached to the ocean fills up when there's high tide and holds in the water during low tide. Pretty smart if you ask me.
It's basically the electric car that takes you to free, urban, parallel parking, where you remove the electric bicycle from the bed and ride it the rest of the way to work. In spite of (and perhaps in part because of) this, I like it.
Smart & Final is located in half of the "old Longs" store. Never been in a Smart and Final - you're missing it. Prices are as good as Costco, and the quantities are smaller.
I can't seem to see a Smart car without taking it's picture - they are just so cool.

It was overcast and rainy. Just had the new (wider) wheels and tires put on the car so I figured what better to photograph?

Smart Phone Generation is a documentary of the smartphone culture and generation. When smartphone gets more important, it represents one's personality; what one reads, follows, contacts, etc. It changes the understanding of photography, the way people define beauty, and the way of seeing, people also ignore the danger situation while they are so into the phone. It also changes the social network, people take off masks and do or say things that is not responsible.

My 2005 Smart Car, photo taken at Bakerview City Park, Mount Vernon WA, USA. This is an import from Europe that has been modified to meet the USA requirements but it is the original Smart Car with the 0.7 liter Mercedes engine with the 6-speed transmission, rather than the current US import with the Mitsubishi engine and 5-speed transmission.
