I took this photograph mainly because I thought the attractive bright yellow car made such a contrast with the wet miserable weather and drab surroundings.

Finding street parking can sometimes be a joke in my neighborhood, which is bordered by Loyola University's North Shore campus just a couple of blocks north, and by Lake Michigan just a block east.
This is especially true of beach-worth summer days, and also generally depending on the day of the week and time of day.
Between the smart and the Cadillac, I guess available curb space was a "wash" on this particular day.
