This is just some crashes that I had this summer. By the way, the first one has some slowmo to it because it was a fast crash.
Even slow motion video doesn't do justice to the sheer power of the waterfalls at IguazĂş: it's just a visceral feeling.
I shot this at the little festival in our neighbourhood last year. Just a bit of play-time for me.
I'm getting more into video and I'm making a few shorts recently, just to refresh myself on the editing and flex my muscles a little with the medium.
This was shot with an Osmo X3 set to slowmo. I prefer that sometimes as it zooms the lens to about 50mm which means I seem closer to the subjects than I am.
Soundtrack made by me too. I'm getting back into making music again.

Here is a compilation of slow motion videos I filmed since a couple of months ago. I used everything I found around me: toys, sea, flowers, my kids, insects, pebbles, puzzles... I have always loved making slow motions videos. I captured all of them. I also created the music for this video, I composed it and played the piano and all the other instruments, it is 100% original too. This is my first attempt, I might do other slow motion videos in different situations, if I find the time. I left a small bit of the actual speed before and after the slow motion part so that you can see the difference, it's like 2 different worlds next to one another, I love this. I titled this video "Life is Short, Enjoy every Second" (which is the title of the piano music too). because the contrast between the slow motion part and the part with normal speed really shows how fast life is going, we must enjoy every moment in life.

In all honesty, I'm not a huge fan of working in Black & White, I love a lot of color in my shots... So this will indeed be a *challenge* for me.
As my first subject, I chose 'School Disembody Council' Slow Mo, because who better to shoot in a format I'm not a huge fan of, than a Monster High doll I'm not a huge fan of. LOLz.

I thought Joe's face was funny in the top left one. Watching the trailer just made me want to see the movie SO MUCH more, I am literally dying here! I'm scared though. Mitchie and Shane can't be fighting! But I doubt it'll end badly. It looks sort of like around the part where they sing that one duet. But ha ha now Mitchie's yelling at Shane, rather than the opposite way from the last movie.
Ooh I also liked the part when Demi turns around dramatically in slowmo and BAM Joe's right there smiling and winking. That was cute.

Shot at the so called "Thor's Well" at Cape Perpetua. This in my opinion is one of the most amazing coastal features along the whole western coast.

We are not used to seeing the snow falling down in our city. It's not common and it happens every 5 years approximately. So, I decided to go late to my English lessons to film some shots. I enjoyed a lot but not my teacher.
The song in the video is my own original creation. The slow motion effect was made possible by recording the video at 60fps, and then later reducing that to 30fps.
I used the Dynamic Monochrome mode in the camera for this, as I do for most black and white work with the G85.

We had such an amazing weekend in Newcastle in September, we decided to go for another one in November!
Saturday night we went to TGI Fridays for tea then, on the recommendation of one of the serving staff at TGIs, we decided to try out a different place called Sgt Peppers. We really enjoyed it in there, and will definitely be going back!
After that we went down to Rusty's where we had a quieter night than the night before, but still an amazing time meeting lots of lovely people!
