After taking some shots, I have to conclude that these shots came out better when in the shadows: took a longer exposure, allowed the lights on the ground to "streak," etc.

 

Given: I took >141 and this is my favorite. =)

    

Had the brilliant (see: potentially retarded) idea of mounting my camera to the front of the bike...so I could shoot while riding.

 

Rather pleased w/the results...and my camera didn't die! (and...never did i!!)

The Olympus has excellent image stabilisation meaning a photo like this can be taken handheld at 150mm (300mm full-frame equivalent) with reasonable results.

I like this one. A very hackneyed sprial design but with a great smelling candle!

This was taken from a walkway type bridge near ETSU and the Carnegie hotel.
