Ah sleep it's so needed around this house and yet some people (trace) try their damnedest to avoid it. Bedtime is a battle every single night. If he's not tired there is a lot of playing before going to sleep. If he's tired there is a lot of playing and then crying before he goes to sleep.

His bedtime is mom and dad's get shit done time. It's when we catch up on paying bills, reading emails, folding clothes, doing dishes and all of the other things we can't seem to manage during trace's waking hours. thank you god for bedtime...

Climbing Sleeping Beauty Mountain with a beauty from Tula, Russia. What a fabulous hike with a pre-med student friend studying at SUNY Albany. This was Lidiia's first hike but definitely not her last.

These are all the places that i slept while on tour with steve adamyk band in europe. Note: There were nights with no sleep hence no bed.
