I am so honored and proud to be a part of this event which starts tomorrow. This is a huge event with too many designers to list. 7 (yes you heard right) 7 sims full of amazing creations. Frolic Mills has been working non stop to put this fantastic event together so we can help raise money to find a cure for cancer or the battle against it. Our team has already raised $1,528,872L that is over $6000.00 US Dollars! How can you contribute? That is easy....you shop til you drop. All designers have been challenged to create some exclusive items where 100% of the proceeds go to the cause. Our exclusive vendors are in each of our stores. So come and shop for a cure! What is RFL in SL?
Relay For Life is the signature event of the American Cancer Society and has been active, and continually growing in Second Life for 10 years. In 2005, the first Relay For Life of Second Life (RFL of SL) was attended by a few hundred avatars and raised almost $5,000 US dollars for the American Cancer Society. As of July 2014 RFL of SL ranks number 17th out of 5000 teams world wide in donations received. We have brought in more than 2,5 million US dollars to help with the fight against cancer. This year our Relay weekend will be held on July 18th and 19th. Won't you join us as we Relay in the largest party on the grid.

This is a sim owned by my friend Dianna. I had been working on a possible profile picture for Second Life using the waterfalls as a background. This landscape came about by accident as the camming tool slipped and spun me away from my avatar.
The location in SL is Mycon3 (open to the public) and the sky setting is Bristol (found on the Firestorm Beta Viewer)

I was so excited to do this in SL!!!! CropOver the SL edition! For those who don't know, the Crop Over Festival in Barbados which ends with the spectacular Carnival/Kadooment Parade, is the season used to celebrate the ending of the local Sugar Cane harvest, and is distinctly unique from the Carnival festivities in other Caribbean countries....
I feel so excited to share a part of my culture and cultural heritage in SL! hehehe :>
