ANEMONE "ti sento lontana"
Divinità della corte di Chloris (la dea dei fiori), Anemone catturò il cuore di Zefiro (il vento di primavera) e di Borea (la tramontana). Chloris, ingelosita, trasformò Anemone in un fiore condannato a schiudersi precocemente sotto le violente carezze dei venti. Così vuole la mitologia greca, che in effetti prende spunto dalla notoria caducità dei petali dell'anemone: un fiore bellissimo, ma che dura poco. Il suo nome, non a caso, viene dal nome greco anemos, cioè vento. Oggi, in riferimento alla sua fugace presenza, simboleggia i sentimenti effimeri, il senso di abbandono e l'amore tradito, ma anche la speranza e l'attesa.
Regalarlo equivale a dire: "Non sono cieco, vedo che mi trascuri e vorrei che tu tornassi a me". Una richiesta che può essere riferita alla dolce metà, ma anche ad un amico, ad un fratello, o persino ad un figlio. Il significato di tristezza misto a speranza è confermato anche da numerose leggende cristiane in Terra Santa, dove gli anemoni crescevano numerosi, di colore rosso fuoco e profumatissimi: secondo la tradizione, questi fiori spuntarono dalle gocce del sangue di Cristo cadute ai piedi della croce. Nell'Ottocento, e fino ai primi decenni del Novecento, l'anemone è stato un fiore di gran moda in Europa, per poi essere sostituito da altre varietà più esotiche.

Skin on skin, by Queens of the Stone Age, is fine for this sunset shot. The thin covering of water on the sand , gives a skin of colour to the beach. I just end up looking for where the best reflections will be.
