Skating photos on Flickr

This tamper allowed me to combine skating with coffee. It has a removable base, one to fit the home portafilter and one to fit the work one. Both bases are .5mm larger for a super snug fit. They both also have conical bases. I'm very happy with the look, feel and resulting tamps after a days use.

Tyra had a skating show that we all went to see when I got home from college. The lighting was really poor, and it was in a hockey arena with plastic all around the sides, so most photos didn't come out at all.

Skaters on Norrviken by Let Ideas Compete

Skaters on a bright cold Saturday morning on Norrviken ("North Lake" near Stockholm. A lap around is about 21 kilometers. This is great exercise. The ice appeared about as thick as big sofa cushion.
