Winter sun sinking low - Port St Joe, Florida.

This shot was taken from a ferry leaving Buenos Aires towards Colonia. They are located within the port, just a few hundred meters from the Museum of the Immigrant and not far from Puerto Madero, the newest part of Buenos Aires that is being developed on top of recovered old port buildings and terrain gained to the Rio de la Plata.

Great waves and high tides at sunset drew me towards a few long exposures as I waited for the sky to colour. It was just a question of getting the timing right to catch the movement before the next wave washed across the wonderful jagged rocks.Sinking is by Alabama 3 and is fine.

Sunking boat I came across in the Lake district .

Well, it's of course not sinking but the snow plough piled it up right here.

Another one from January 2021. When it snows this much you go out with the camera and come back with a lot of images, so you people might have to put up with them for a while yet.

The Locust is watching a flower and Spider dissapear. As long as it keeps hopping it 'll be fine:-)

With heartfelt and genuine thanks for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day, be well, keep your eyes open, appreciate the beauty surrounding you, enjoy creating, stay safe and laugh often! ❤️❤️❤️

The Mesembryanthemums are coming out to flower now , so it must be warm and sunny . I usually see these appear late June and into July and the flowers only open in the sunshine . It is a smaller display this year and quite a bit of the clump has died off after long winter - as it is it is good to see what has survived !!

Seems there is no hope for migrants and regugees to continue their journey north into Europe :((((((

Time for Europe to end the refugee shame!!

"People dying in their dozens – whether crammed into a truck or a ship, en route to seek safety or better lives – is a tragic indictment of European leaders’ failures to provide safe ways to reach Europe. That it is now happening on a daily basis is Europe’s collective shame."
