Sims Urban Oasis is strategically located in a place of growth. In anticipation of the growing appeal of the neighbourhoods around Sims Drive, early mover businesses and entrepreneurs have set up new trendy cafés (like Backstage Café and The Tuckshop), eateries, fitness and activity centres in this prime locale, exploiting on the increasing pool of residents and expatriates.
Many new businesses have popped up in Sims Urban Oasis’s neighbourhood in the last year. With the rise of these mid- to high-end F&B outlets, the place is finding a renewed vibe that is. It’s been attracting foodies from across the island and is fast becoming a popular new hangout.
Future residents of Sims Urban Oasis may also look forward to more of facilities and such modern dining outlets. Here are seven hip hot spots in the neighbourhood:

Here are those pics and the info you asked for.
The clutch of 6 eggs were incubated in a S.I.M. container ,completely over water in an incubator crafted out of a Styrofoam lined shipping box. A piece of polyethylene plastic wrap was used in place of the lid until the eggs started pipping
The first of the eggs was found pipping early on day 100 with 3 more following suit the next morning.
On day 102 the last 2 eggs pipped and the first 2 hatchlings emerged from their eggs.
By day 103 all 6 hatchlings were up and running.
Incubation temps fluctuated from 84F-86F
The weights/measurements of the eggs and hatchlings were not taken.

i love the beach in the sims 3. it's the best part of the game. although, it would be better if you could still swim in the ocean.
I used to be a big Sims 2 player back in 2005 and 2006, that I'd spend hours creating people and cities.

This is the leather jacket/sweater/fingerless gloves combo that Emily wore in the most recent chapters of my story. I was asked by one of my readers if I would share it, and...well, why not? haha
In making it, I used textures by Aikea_Guinea (of Club Crimsyn) and Maxis. The mesh is by...well, I'm not sure. It's labeled as being by both Lyholy and Mohicantunes from MTS2, but I couldn't find it in either of their downloads sections, so I've included the mesh in the download as well.
