I thought the ending was kinda funny ^^ But, that's just me. I do miss him though. It's his birthday today.
Anyway, I'm back in my hometown and nothing beats having the kids (my nephews) around me.

I can think of few more simple pleasures - when the weather is warm enough - than walking barefoot across a sandy beach.
'Take only photographs, leave only footprints' is as good a message as any to keep our wild places wild and unspoilt. And for some reason I have started to combine the two, so will now occasionally stop to take a photograph of one of my footprints as a kind of zero-impact souvenir - a way of saying 'I was there' I suppose.
This one was left amongst the dunes at Cul na Croise beach at Gortenfern on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, on Friday 16th October 2015.
