There was this clip and a pair of glasses lying on the table. I moved them together. I thought it looked like eyes and nose so I got some green beans out of our supper to be and made the mouth and eyebrows. Silly me. Oh yeah, I found a peach colored towel to lay them on. I like a laugh. I hope you enjoy my crazy face.
beautiful she is, a wanderer of her land
being silly as she looks at the sky
where the birds fly like they are the faces in the clouds
as the sun shines warmth and beauty for all in the land to breathe

Silly Bailey Bear was featured on Love Meow today! Amy, you're awesome! Thank you so much! We're thrilled and honored :)
So, to celebrate, I thought I'd post a short video of him doing what he does best...causing trouble :)
Please note that we have tied our plant with a bungee cord to stop Bailey Bear from toppling it over! Yup, very classy :) At least it's upstairs where most guests don't venture :)
Also, since plants are Husband's domain, he wants everyone to know that the pot wasn't so dirty before we got Bailey Bear...somehow toppling it over when Husband had just watered, and spilling wet muddy water all over the sides seemed much more fun :)
Mildred received a notification that her needed to update her account password. After staring at the empty password field for a few minutes, she had it!
She typed his new password: potato.
The computer responded with an error message: ‘Sorry, your password must contain at least 8 letters.’
She typed again: boiled potato.
Again, she was met with an error. ‘Sorry, your password must contain at least 1 number.’
Mildred thought she was being clever and typed ‘1 boiled potato’ into the password field.
‘Sorry, password cannot contain spaces.’
Frustrated, Mildred typed ’50fingboiledpotatoes’.
Another error message. ‘Sorry, your password must contain capital letters.’
She tried again. ’50FINGboiledpotatoes.’
It was no good either. ‘Sorry, your password must not contain capital letters that are consecutive.’
Mildred thought someone must be pulling her leg. She was getting furious.
‘IwillThrow50fingBoiledPotatoesRightatYourScreen,IfYouDontGiveMeAccess she typed, thinking she’d outwitted the password requirements.
Another error message appeared. ‘Sorry, your password must not contain any punctuation.’
Mildred, was about to lose her mind. She typed frantically, slamming her fingers into the keyboard with each keystroke.
‘NowIamSeriouslyGettingAnnoyedIwillThrow50fingBoiledPotatoesRightatYourScreenIfYouDontGiveMeAccess.’
The computer started to process the request. Mildred started to relax her shoulders.
‘Sorry, you cannot change your password to a password you have already used with this account. Choose a new password: …’

Never had a real actual proper 180 degree fisheye lens before, and never felt like paying for one. But this is a second hand Chinese Altura 8mm f/3.0 manual focus lens in Canon EOS/EF mount and it was cheap even by my standards. Here it's stopped down to f/5.6 or 8 with on-camera flash. Some color fringing toward the corners, but really a pretty good performance, especially at the price.
The real trick to this lens is focusing it - the image in the viewfinder is so small you really can't see anything well enough to even pretend to focus the lens. So what it needs is a camera with Live View, open that up and enlarge the image to 10x to focus (also I think it's best to focus at your stopped-down aperture because it looks like there may be some focus shift as you stop down). Once you have it set, the depth of field is so great you don't have to worry about moving an inch or two between focusing and pulling the trigger.
Lens position here is maybe 4 inches from the Minolta.
I was trying out various "creative" filter settings on my Panasonic Lumix camera while waiting to meet up with a friend. I concluded they are rather extreme and silly.
If anybody can appreciate this weeks theme at Feathery Friday-this fellow who is having a birthday today can.
Oh and the theme? It's the Ministry of Silly Walks-Python fans unite!

I know this is a rather grainy and blurry shot but it was a very priceless moment. I don't know what Marky Muffin was doing. Maybe pretending to be Gandalf or Aragorn. Maybe he was pretending to have a meeting with Ents or just being creepy. Who knows lol.
When it comes to me as an individual there is only one fact you really need to understand! Despite the fact that I was forced to grow up at a young age, I am still very much a kid at heart. I love being silly and adore making people giggle! I always tell everyone that's the reason for me being on this earth, and if I can get a smile from at least one person a day I am doing my job! I have always loved being a kindred spirit, but I also know how to meet and beat life's demands. Happy Saturday Flickr!
