When I went to St. James Park, one of the maintained men was doing work in the gardens, & this silly sausage decided to dig into the plants after he finished working on them.
Cheeky fellow.
Nikon F4. AF Nikkor 50mm F1.4D lens. Kodak Ektar 100 35mm C41 film.
Time to ask a silly question on the blog! I'd love it if you could find a moment to offer an answer!

This is the first selfie I've taken using the self-timer with my Nikon Coolpix P-1000. I was amazed at how clear the first shot came out considering it was shooting into the bright window behind me.
After all this talk about Cousin It, i decided to upload this picture. Yaiks!
Webcam picture of me as Cousin It (december 2006).
Far from the original thing, of course.
Made of leftovers and fridge findings.
Definitely counts as lunch, though.
First outdoor lunch of the year actually.
Sometimes you just have to smile and not take things so seriously. I hope this brings a smile to your face.

Funny what a blonde wig and my new motorcycle jacket will make one do. This is at my best buddies shop. I chilled here and at the bar across the street nearly every day. I went to the Le Tigre show that night and got trampled by three dykes in the party pit. YEah! Dykes moshin are worse then boys! Wish I kept the footprint on my white T-shirt to prove it!
The mother dove laid her eggs in a fake plant on my mother's condo balcony. You can see one baby peaking out at me. There were three of them in that plant.

The snowy owls always make this silly face when they are preening their feathers and then look up! It is one of my favorite expressions that they make!

Mr Rocky being real silly on our last run
out to the temple in-order to give all the
dogs their monthly injections. I spent a lot
of time with Mr Rocky being all lovey dovey.
This morning no# 1 and I went to the local
feed store for more kibble. We were both
hit with "Sticker Shock", price went up
a good 43% + or -. More like +++ ! ! !
Needless to say, only one bag was purchased
when in the past 2 or 3 bags would be purchased.
I know I'm singing to the choir. May first the price
on everything delivered by truck is going to
sky-rocket due to the fuel prices ;-0-
Thank You.

If you know Jimmy and Mack at all, you'll know this scene is not what it looks like. It's just a brief interlude from what was really going on - as you can see in the picture in the comments.
There's nothing like the spring season ... a new start to many things ... especially for the birds who can't resist what nature is telling them to do. Yes, they begin a period of change as their breeding colors and plumage emerge, they begin to show off for their mate and a courtship period follows. After that's all set up and they "seal the deal", they continue with the process of nest building, eventually taking turns on the nest duties and if all goes well, the chick rearing as well. :-)
If you ever want to observe what true love looks like, at least in the avian world, check out these birds in the spring. It's quite fascinating and I know that it sounds weird, but these birds know a thing or two about affection, caring, and sharing. :-)
Happy Wednesday everyone ... make it a good one!
