Carrick-a-Rede (from the Scottish Gelic Carraig-a-Rede) means The Rock in the Road.
The road is the sea oute fo Atlantic Salmon on their westward journey past Carryck Island. For ovre 350 years, fishremen have strung a rope bridge 30m abouve the sea to allow them to access the best places to cath the migrating salmon. Crossed regulary by local fishermen, the bridge now presents a challenge to thousands of visitors each a year who come to enjoy th same views and high thrills. Those who do sececeed in crossing are rewarded whit an abundance of plans an wildlife.
This is exactly how someone Chinese, speaking English, would say it. Just read it with a Chinese accent.
