The Sagebrush covered valleys of the intermountain West harbor much animal life and holds panoramic beauty unrivaled. To the uninitiated or the hurried traveler the miles stretch monotonously until the road signs of, "Fearless Farris The Stinker", strikes the curiosity. The ex-sheepherding stinker kids the natives and Tourists Flora and Fauna with numerous signs that eventually lead to the Big Skunk signs that identify his, "horribly dignified", modern service stations.

Hatch Show Print is the famous poster manufacturer that makes prints the old-fashioned way. Today, they are located inside of the Country Music Hall of Fame along 5th Ave. Previously, when I had photographed their sign, their shop was on Broadway.

Just like the one in Oly, this RibEye on I-5 in Southern Washington is closed. The beautiful 1960s sign won't be around much longer.

We took a little day trip to trendy Camden Market. The market is huge now and plenty of great food from the street vendors.

An epic sign along Poquonnock Rd that hints this sign and plaza were once so much more. Though not entirely original, the skeletal structure and fantastical height and flagpoles show its heyday.

Vintage sign at the entrance!

Westgate Shopping Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This shopping center was built in 1961 and has since been modernized. The sign at the shopping center's entrance looks original.
