The shop windows of the old Grocery Quilez were part of the urban landscape of Barcelona. Now they are history.
I was raised in a very sale oriented family and so I really have to be careful of my initial impulses and limit my purchases to things I know I definitely will use (and try to support small businesses and artists, too!) and be ever conscious of those around me who have less. There isn't anything wrong with shopping for after holiday sales as long as it is things you will use or need....but I would say that, if you can, also give money to your local food depository/shelter because they need it more than ever and check out some of the Go Fund Me requests in your city though a simple Google search. If you'd rather give to organizations vs individuals, I would recommend Southern Poverty Law Center, ACLU, and Innocence Project if you live in the US. Let's keep others in mind now more than ever! Besides, I find when I buy something I really shouldn't have, I feel terrible inside but when I donate, I feel much better about that choice.

This mural is on the side wall of a local pizza shop. I have previously uploaded small sections of it but decided to have a go at the full mural.
My daughter has her shop in a quaint little town in Pa. Outside the shop she has decorated with large crock like containers with colorful flowers. This particular flower caught my attention for its natural beauty. Gratitude and Kindness accompany her beautiful shop along her natural charm and beauty as well. Thanks for viewing my work.

The other day I was walking an old town, and I saw this in front of an old camera shop.

A comic book shop in Notting Hill! The shop did not have a very good selection of back issues, or new releases for that matter, but it's alway nice to see a comic shop. They're quite rare nowadays.

“Semi lost place“ shopping mall with almost all shops abandoned. It is housing an art exhibition for two months at present. The beach scene must be part of that - or a remnant of the bankrupt travel agency?
