Innitially the Live Local project was called Shop Local. The committe later decided that the word shop was too limiting to other areas such as food and other business, opting for the Live Local name. This innitial logo was inspired from a retro 70's couch I saw at a local antique store. I loved the rounded corners and funky feel. This text was heavily modified by myself to help match the look and feel and unique vibe that comes from the fun retro shapes.
