They are also very important in the scientific world due to their short life cycles and susceptibility to experimental manipulations; thus, they have contributed significant knowledge about animal behavior

313207 runs alongside Mill Creek on the outskirts of Newhaven. The 313 was working the 2C39 1425 Seaford to Brighton. The Beach Road sewage treatment works have a prominent position in this shot which was not intentional but quite apt. Newhaven left me underwhelmed. The white cliffs in the distance are Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters.
