Departure board at a very deserted Sheffield station on a strike hit Christmas Eve. Only two services were running both south to Derby. I have never been here when it has been so quiet.
Happy Christmas all

Wycliffe Independent Church, Hickmott Road, Sheffield S11 8QF.
The new church building officially opened April 1994.
Alongside the Sharrow Vale Pocket Park is the Porter Brook River, and Wycliffe Church.
'Citylink' tram-train number 399201 approaches the cathedral stop in Sheffield city centre on a driver training run (or simply on test) prior to the class entering service. The class 399 units had not yet been introduced into passenger service on the date of my visit.
I really liked the way this building reflected itself, I thought the bold contrast and clean lines would work well in monochrome.
