I really liked this high key shot. Usually I'm an all dark guy, but this one struck me well.

"There once came a time where Poseidon felt extreme loneliness. Full of anger, he was stirring up storms so strong that made the seas and heavens unite... To combat his sad feelings, Poseidon set out to find a wife. On his way, he stumbled upon the mermaid Amphitrite, a sea nymph with golden hair and shimmering blue eyes, dancing on the island of Naxos with her girlfriends. Captured by her extraordinary beauty, Poseidon couldn't help falling in love with her and asked her to marry him"

I made this collage sheet to say thank you to everyone for letting me use their images. Some of these images were from the creative commons. Please rollover the note boxes to see the owners. The other images are either mine or from magazines. If you use any of these, I would love to see your artwork! You do not need to give me credit, however, if you do give credit please make sure you credit the right person. Thanks! Would love to hear your comments since this is my first collage sheet. Enjoy!
A lengthy train of sheet metal is ready to leave the station of Lom. The rolls have been loaded in the port of Lom and have Skopje, Northern Macedonia as their final destination.
Three locomotives of BDZ Cargo will be in charge of the train in the very first section of its trip from Lom to Mezdra in Northwestern Bulgaria. The Skoda 43 547 is leading with the six-axle 46 012 behind it whilst 43 310 is at the back end of the train.
A Sheet Note is a note that was never meant to be put in circulation and was printed on a sheet of other dollars for collectors. How you are able to tell this is a sheet note is because of the serial number. Any serial number above 93999999 is a sheet note printed in a sheet of uncut notes for collectors. This is still legal tender but rare to find by itself in circulation.
I was back at the Benjamin Moore paint store and noticed these 18"x18" paint samples. Many color choices and would make nice walls for playscale dioramas. They are thin so they would need to be double face taped to foam core. Just love all of the color options.
I still love mat board best for dioramas. I get one big sheet in the framing dept of Michael's with a 60% off framing coupon (so about $12). Then, I cut it in half for 2 giant walls in the color of your choice. I need to get one for a diorama I'm hoping to do at some point.
By the way, Benjamin Moore is the best paint I've used. Does not drip and awesome coverage. Expensive though - $51 for a gallon. It washes well, too. I usually use pearl finish, but I'm going to try eggshell for my next set of rooms - a little less sheen. Pearl is great for high traffic rooms because it is so washable.
The Street Sheet is a street news paper published and sold in San Francisco California, which focuses on the problems of homeless people in the city, and on issues of poverty and housing. The Coalition on homelessness publishes the newspaper, and vendors distribute the paper on the streets of San Francisco, usually in exchange for a one-dollar donation. The news paper is given to the homeless for free, and they are allowed to keep what they make from it.
Vintage fun for you! A direct scan, un-retouched, of a sheet of Dennison labels, gummed, and perforated, ready to be slipped into a typewriter. I can imagine so many uses for these!
Enjoy and use it, just don't redistribute or sell the original as your own!

Hello Flickr World,
My name is Christian Stops grizzleur, I'm a (street) photographer from Germany. I've set up this account to posthumously publish the photography of Roswitha Schmidt-Sesterhenn (1940-2009).
Roswitha was a keen nature and landscape photographer from near Freiburg and she took pictures almost exclusively in the Black Forest.
