Dearest Sheba, after 34 years I still miss you so much.

May we meet again somewhere, some how.

This baby got some new eyelashes two weeks ago, and some more blush ... and this is the first chance I've had to take a picture of her. They're not perfect "restoration" Kenner lashes, but some others that match pretty well for the ease of putting them in! I was undecided for a long time whether to take them all out or put some more in, but she looked so sweet with the ones she did have, I hated to take them out. I think she's happy with the change!

She's a far difference from her arrival picture at any rate ...

When I was taking a photo of Geoff and Dee they were telling me about a very romantic proposal that had just taken place on the beach! I had to go and congratulate them but before doing so I had to take a shot of the message from the top of the hill going down to the beach. The happy couple are snuggled up behind the windbreak and the little boy is their son and I think the man is the grandfather.

And I am the luckiest guy in the world :)

I’m getting ready for some off-road adventuring and I want to take a “solid” doll to play in the mud so I’ve been holding “auditions.” I was playing around doing a few tests to see how quickly I can pose some dolls while getting them to stand and balance on their own without aid. Finally get Both dolls standing on their own AND almost touching each other... and CAT!

I have no idea how she didn’t knock those dolls down, they even stayed standing after she left!

Setting them up if I even BREATHED near the desk one or the other would start to tip over.

From Todd MacFarlane's "Spawn" comic book. This isn't a Rule 63 (gender switch) as there have been many Spawns in this comic book, mostly males but a few females have shown up. I was quite taken by her form-fitting costume (I appreciate full-figured ladies) and thought the cloak and axe were nice embellishments to her ensemble.

Tech stuff: added a faint green glow around her (color is based off of her eyes) to give a slight unearthly vibe; and used a lens blur filter on the background in PS then a gradient fill (bottom to top) to give the illusion of depth-of-field.

UPDATE: She-Spawn was featured in Uproxx's A Compendium of Cool Comics Cosplay - March 22nd (2013). Yay!!! Does anyone know how to contact this cosplayer?? If I had been featured in a cosplay article, I know that I'd like to know about it!
