A very common sight for high rise flats in the Sha Tin district on mainland Hong Kong. The family laundry is put out to dry on a rack mounted on the outside wall.
The humidity was 95% and would have taken much longer to dry that in Australia where our humidity is much lower. For instance today's humidity is 8% in Adelaide.
I spent 4 days there on a mini reunion with my school friends, reconnecting in person after 39 years. We had a fabulous time and I took lots and lots of photos for Flickr purposes.
To those who have expressed worry for my wellbeing, these pictures were taken naclk in 2018, well before the current protest situation.
