Today I have been to Birmingham Airport to collect my Mum from her hol's - so camera in hand I clicked away!!!

Sat down looked across - ahhhh photo opportunity (SNAP)

A month and a few days ago.... they were looking this sad...

They were selling the water cheap, but custumers didn't come much...

Life was not looking up...

And their sadness is a bit our sadness, as we're saying goodbye to 3 (in my case, and 2 in Anton's) fabulous weeks of holiday in Spain... Majorca, Barcelona... hanging out with family and friends, eating good food, swimming at the beach, catching some sun tan, going out and visiting cool new sites, etc... all will be left behind...

Tomorrow night (Monday) we shall be back in New York.

New photos will come... I have 350 just in my iPhone...

So the sadness won't last long...

And we'll be happy to catch up with all of you.

And next time I'm at the bridge... if I see them, I'll buy all their bottles! LOL

Wen you see a sign that says "Share The Road," they mean share it with other forms of transportation. But for the driver of the Dodge Dart, he thinks that you are supposed to share the road with others in a one lane zone. I can respect the fact the he may be in a hurry. But if he got into an accident, he would be WAY to late to whatever the heck he was going.

The normal highway is just a couple hundred yards away. It seems like he taking it just a little to far...

It's a shame that Dodd Stadium can't attract a larger crowd.

Senator Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium is a stadium in Norwich, Connecticut. It is primarily used for baseball, and, in 2010, became the home of the Connecticut Tigers of the New York - Penn League. It was the home field of the Connecticut Defenders minor league baseball team until 2009 when the Defenders announced their move to Richmond, Virginia to be the Richmond Flying Squirrels. It was built in 1995 and has a seating capacity of 6,270. It is named for Eastern Connecticut native Thomas Dodd who was a United States Senator and Representative from Connecticut, and the father of U.S. Senator Christopher Dodd.

The stadium is sunk into the surrounding ground, so that all fans enter at street level and walk down to get to their seats. Each section has 22 to 25 rows of seating, split into box seats (closest to field) and reserved seats. Beyond first and third bases, there is a third category of general-admission seats making up the top 10 rows. A wide concourse runs around the top of the seating area, with concession stands, restrooms, and a gift shop. The press box is also located at concourse level, overlooking the field. Other than behind the press box, fans can continue to watch the game while standing in line or while walking around the stadium.

There are 18 skyboxes, elevated above the concourse and accessible by stairs or elevator for ticket-holders only. The skyboxes and their outdoor seating serve as cover for the main concourse below, and for the top couple rows of reserved seats.

Down the left- and right-field lines are grassy berms which are popular with children because they abut the bullpens. These are also frequent landing places for foul balls. The left-field side also features a large covered picnic area which can be rented out, and a kids' play area with inflatable slides...

It seems that I had one more pic of this lovely VoH skirt, so I thought I’d share it…

They share the direction they head

One in black the other wears red

They share the speed they are going

Why are they running only they'd be knowing
