I was harassed by two men sitting on a curb while I was walking to the metro in Washington, DC, from work in August 2008. They told me I should smile because I was pretty and when I didn't respond they got rude and said, fine frown then in a rude tone of voice. I was wearing this light blue short sleeve dress shirt and black pants.

So sexual harassment is okay if a woman does it?
