I had to explain what I was doing to the people who lived here.

Sequential number plates: 543. Only five-digit number plates are being handed out at random at the moment so four- and three-digit plates are in high demand.

I wanted to play with the sunlight on splashing water. Even though the conditions were not the greatest I think I got a few decent shots.

I am going to play with this more.

Progressive rhythm: This image is my take on progressive rhythm. This was the photo that I put the most thought into because I had no idea what progressive rhythm was even after reading the description...and so I did some research. I soon realized that progressive images could be more easily found as a man-made occurring phenomenon rather than a couch pattern, bed spread etc. This photo works for progressive rhythm because it is the same shape that changes only by getting distant and smaller or if you view it opposite, the image progresses to a full sized hanger.

part of my 'portfolio extension package', a.k.a these were stowed in the front pocket of the portfolio along with an explanatory note. this is page one of a storyboard assignment from my mentor. general basis of the assignment: 15 panels of two characters walking through a desert.
