The r jr.t construction in the adverbial subordinate clause means "why" in a statement of generaity. jr.t is infinitive of jrj "do, make." (Ptahhotep, 9, 5)

Received this sentence as a challenge from Petursey. Struggled a bit, it's an open sentence and words like beginning and voice can have various meanings. Father also raises some ambiguous questions in me. So I tried to use this "writers block" in a creative way.

Protest against the Government's controversial proposed Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill in Sheffield on 15/01/2022.

The proposed Bill includes proposals that would give police and the Home Secretary increased powers to stop protests on grounds of ‘serious annoyance or serious inconvenience which if you’re a government minister could mean all of them. It’s a serious erosion of civil liberties and democratic rights.
