"Jonathan and I met during our first semester of first year, when were both randomly assigned to Emmet dorm. We later discovered that we had attended the same middle school in northern VA, and that we had many mutual friends but had somehow never met each other in middle school! I moved to Cape Town, South Africa halfway through 7th grade, and returned to the States in the fall of 2008 to attend UVA.
Jonathan and I saw each other a lot during our first few months on grounds, and by the end of our first semester we were "official". We got married this past summer in Jamaica (after almost 7 years together), surrounded by our family and many Wahoo friends!"
