Kronborgs slott upptogs 30 november 2000 på Unescos världsarvslista. Världsarvskommitténs motivering löd:

”Kriterium iv: Kronborgs slott är ett enastående exempel på ett renässansslott och ett som spelat en högst betydande roll i denna nordeuropeiska regions historia.

I had a small, unexpected pocket of time during one of my final exams (no journal, just notebook paper), kind of got in the "zone," and this sketch resulted. It just sort of "morphed" across the page . . . and off the page (note the paper's punched hole in my index finger)! I clipped it out and collaged it into my journal . . .you get a preview of my smashing new black blazer :-)
