Design Thinking, through a process of self-reflection, looks for patterns in the form of concept-nets or schema that are used as mental frameworks to create a level of meta-thinking.

This photo shows intricate gold-colored Buddhist or Hindu temple art featuring a series of decorative figures in a traditional Thai or Southeast Asian style. The carved figures appear to be in a prayer or meditative pose with hands pressed together, and they're wearing ornate headdresses and traditional clothing. They're arranged in a row along what seems to be part of a temple wall or decorative panel. The craftsmanship displays the detailed gilded work typical of sacred architecture in Thailand, Cambodia, or other parts of Southeast Asia. This type of decorative element often adorns Buddhist temples and shrines, representing deities, divine beings, or devotees in an attitude of reverence.

I wonder, why, just a little, I'm always wanting something more
Life is a riddle, I wish I had the answer for
Love breaks your heart, to teach you to be strong
I die, just a little, so I can live a little bit more
~Leigh Nash
Another Thanksgiving has come. That time when we stop and reflect upon what we really…want. I need this, I want that, I hope I get this, I should buy that. An endless cycle of wanting, buying, consuming, disposing, and wanting all over again. Is that what we're all about? What it means to be human? What separates us from all the other species that inhabit the earth? I think we're all dying inside. I am not innocent.
This is something really different for me. Had this concept in my head for a long time, but was afraid to try. Didn't turn out exactly as planned, but what does? Inspiration credit goes to Tysje, Mathilda, and Pukilin and their amazing self portraits.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot to link to the breathtakingly beautiful song I quoted. Just a Little by the lovely Leigh Nash.
