This week has brought me to the realization that being able to take and upload a new picture to this project everyday is a bit of an unrealistic ability for me right now! But I will try to upload as much as possible! Anyways, on to the addition!

This lovely girl's name is Kiah. Hiii Kiah! I asked her what her favourite feature was and she told me it was her eyes. And even though this is the third time i've done eyes for this project, I really don't mind! Eyes are so pretty and Kiah has amazing eyes anyways!
And on a side note, we can all welcome Canada's infamous winter. It has arrived! It started as rain, but when the temperature dropped it became ice/snow, so now all the streets are like ice-rinks! It took me an entire hour to get home from work when it normally only takes me 30 minutes!
But the trees are all frosted and coated in ice and it really looks so pretty!
A re-edit of a self portrait I took some months ago. I'm in a bit of a sad place at the moment and sometimes I struggle with my fluctuating high and low moods. It's been sometime since I left the house. xx

I have learned to take better care of myself.
Self care is any actions that you take in order to develop or protect maintain and improve your health well being or well ness.
Putting my emotions first and embracing them.
Caring for my emotions has allowed me to discover the deepest part of my soul and being.
I become more at peace with myself. Letting the challenges slip on my skin like a drop of water.
I like a warm bath with candle light and a sweet drink.
Its therapeutic and soothing at the same time.
In the end, only three things matter:
How much you loved,
How gently you lived, and
How gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
