After 5 years, I get to meet the man who helped me to save my life:
Dr. T. Colin Campbell, author of The China Study.
This scientist, researcher & humanitarian wrote the most comprehensive study ever assembled (dozens of years/thousands of people involved... and then published it into a highly readable & amazing book) on why dairy foods, processed foods & all forms of animal protein is killing the human race.
I was reduced to tears telling him my personal story, and then he looked me in the eyes and called me "brave beyond words" and then asked me if he could shake my hand and hug me.
I was completely stunned & humbled.
An unbelievable evening for me (following the advance screening of a documentary he is featured in called "Forks over Knives").

Poko is a very selfless little guy, he will do whatever he can to help you out, if you are feeling a little down, he will cheer you up, and that's just the way he is.
Poko can be use as decoration for your home, but he is also soft and well made to be use as a toy, great for stocking stuffer, and just sooo cute to look at!
He is made of aqua green felt, details in pink, brown and off white felt. Measurements are 5 1/2(15cm) inches tall and 6 inches wide from the widest part.
All my creations are 100% carefully hand-stitched.

Teamwork award: Selflessly supporting the team however possible, always with a positive attitude
He is always willing to help; a wonderful lead tech, along with having a great attitude.
He helps every tech in the shop without thinking once what he will get out of it.
He is a great tech with a lot of knowledge and from what I can see he can fix anything you give him.
He is the go to person to help with the most complicated of jobs and follow through with you.
It is inspiring working next to him.

When I took the picture I saw the face of the bear as it turned to me and the black part was a stain on the face that ended with a long white tongue. Only after processing did I see that there was also the possibility of seeing the teddy bear lying on its back with only his profile facing us and the black is its ear.
