At the end of last year I started a course in self expression and discovered the joy of art. This was one of my first attempts.

My favourite self-portrait! Too bad I no longer have the original version. That was a fruit of one of my first experiences with photography, I was 17 years when I took it.

Been feeling a bit uptight .... messed up my SD card (could not retrieve photos I have taken in the morning) .... receivables long over-due... absences of employees to name a few... Well.. I just have to cope and overcome all of these. I'll use the weekend to feel better. Have a great one too my friends.

What emotion(s) are you connecting with right now? What do they look like for you?
LOVE: “strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties” is one of the definitions by the Merriam-Webster Dictionary.
Last month, I went live on Instagram to take you behind the scenes of a triptych that I was working on based on my piece “Emotions.” I wanted to break down that concept a little further into three different emotions: positive, neutral (but could sway in either direction) and negative.
This is the first image in the series titled “Love”. For me, love could be the smallest expression of care to the largest gesture of affection. Love feels warm, kind and maybe even a little “rosy” to me. When I feel great love for someone or something, I want to give so much of myself. Everyone feels and expresses love differently.
😀Whether you are feeling loved today or could use some more, I just want you to know that I am sending you love on this beautiful Thursday.
