The headquarters of the American Red Cross (1917, Trowbridge and Livingston) on 17th Street between D and E Streets NW. The building was renovated in 2005, but it's a shame they didn't better conceal the obtrusive security camera.

This bldg is in Marion, Ohio, which is a city with which I'm unfamiliar — Which Is A City With Which I Am Unfamiliar! — and I was grateful for the prominent securicam. Cities use securicams as signals to visitors that they've accidentally wandered into high-crime areas so watch out.
