Woah, it's been a while.
So... I started Uni in October, wont go into it here but it's been amazing and now I'm back for a month over Christmas! (expect a flood of pictures and crazymegastupid excitement because I still find Christmas amazing).
Anyway, one of the few trips out with the camera since starting was under a bridge next to my flat, more interesting than it sounds I promise!
You can probably tell this is a security camera, took a few of it but this one was my favourite. A cold, sterile, fairly empty location and I think it shows.
I would write more here, talk nonsense as usual but there are things I've missed that I have to attend to! (My dog.)

Ground Kontrol Arcade's front entrance on Couch Street in Portland, OR. A vertical sign to the left reads "ARCADE" and features symbols from the Galaxian arcade game. Neon beer signs for 2 Towns Ciderhouse, Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer, and Boneyard Beer are in the window on the right. The sky reflects in the windows above the door.
Only when I saw the pic on my computerscreen, at home, I noticed the woman beside me! Was she just shopping, or did she have camera fear?

Some of these white tents are temporary changing rooms for the Olympic athletes and some are another media centre.
Unlike the Richmond Olympic Oval which is already operating as a multi-purpose recreation community complex, the Vancouver Olympic/Paralympic Centre has been effectively closed to the public since it opened in February 2009 to host the World Wheelchair Curling Championships and then the World Junior Curling Championships in March.
Located on a former gravel parking lot at the foot of Queen Elizabeth park (with its famous quarry gardens) and boasting views of the North Shore Mountains, the Centre will host six thousand spectators for curling and wheelchair curling during the games.
The Canadian and BC governments contributed $40.25 million to the centre, which will be converted into a recreation centre AFTER the games, with ice sheets for hockey and curling, a gymnasium, library and aquatic centre.

November 7, 2021 - Columbus Public Health 240 Parsons Avenue is a project conceived and designed by DesignGroup located in the former Ohio Institution for the Education of the Blind (1874) A building on the National Register of Historic Places.
While in the checkout line at a local grocery store, I realized I could see at least a dozen "black bubble" cameras from where I stood. There are military installations that don't have that many security cameras.
This is a shot of the area behind the checkouts. Over my left shoulder there are at least six more cameras over in produce, to say nothing of how many there must be up and down the aisles.
The funny part is that none of them seemed to have caught the guy who was standing in the produce eating his way through the store's grapes. =)
