Famous basalt sea stacks at Vík í Mýrdal village in southern Iceland.

Only when you stop to look at the sea, to caress the landscape with your eyes, do you understand what blue really is.

When we arrived at Cayeux-sur-mer, we noticed the beach cabins are gone...

They are just there for summer i guess.

So we explored the beach a bit, it was a misty and rainy day, perfect for a darker mood.

Der Wetterbericht war vielversprechend. Aufgestanden den Himmel angeschaut..... das könnte was werden. Auf geht's. Die Ostsee lag unter einem nebligen Dunst und die Sonne konnte diesen Dunst nur etwas erhellen. Ein schönes und sehr ruhig stimmungsvolles Erlebnis am frühen Morgen :-)

Es hat sich gelohnt!

Hier stehen übrigens oft immer die Meerforellenangler..... und manchmal kommt auch ein Fisch an Land.
