I missed a lot of weeks in 2023. Sciatica kept me down a lot and then I had my cataracts done. But now things are looking clearer and PT has helped my sciatica a lot. I am coming back for another year. I am thinking about the AI class, but on one hand, I am not so sure I am a fan. I know a few of you have signed up.

When you finish, lay with both legs outstretched and rest as long as you need to. Repeat with the other leg. Do three sets of these at least once/day.
I had sciatica with Olivia and was ready to kill myself from the pain. I felt like I had a bolt at my ankle that ratcheted a steel cable tighter every 10 minutes. My d.h. OB would not do anything for me. My dad got this exercise from an Ortho surgeon when he had it in the '70s. He had it so bad he had to be carried and lifted into his truck and was crawling on the floor at home! After doing these exercises once/day he was perfectly fine in 3 days. Took me about a week.
