What a fantastic experience speaking at AIAA SciTech! I joined the amazing Claudine Phaire, Melissa Sampson, and Audrey Powers to talk about leadership, the power of authenticity, building a sustainable career, and facing down the monster of imposter syndrome. It was an honor to share the stage and learn alongside them.

 

It was also a great day spent meeting with AIAA's diversity scholars!
