As they continue up the line they pass through the quaint little town of Schofield. Before too much further the train would arrive at Skyline and would come back after it was loaded to follow back to the mainline at Colton, UT 11.12.06

As I paid attention to the light and shadows on the bridge, a man entered, walking his dog. That was a lucky addition!
Cleveland architect Levi Tucker Schofield designed many famous buildings in Ohio. His work includes the Mansfield Reformatory, The Soldiers' & Sailors' Monument, and the Schofield Building in downtown Cleveland.
This is for my 52 Frame project. This week's assignment is "Unexplored". Here is one of the many alleys that I walk past when I come to and from work. I ventured partway in to get a shot of the Terminal Tower and saw someone taking their break. She was going to move away so that I could get a shot without a person there. I let her know that I didn't mind her being there, so she stayed.
This photo is a darkroom print from a 120 negative, using Fomapan 100 film. I used a late 40s French Aiglon brand camera. Surprisingly good sharpness for a pseudo TLR camera. The paper I used is old Ilford paper taken from a used pack, and the dark part at the top of the print had been exposed to light. But I think it works well.
For most of the twentieth century the name of Schofields, the department store in Leeds, was synonymous with quality . Founded in 1901 the store was independent until a series of property deals and an eventual sale to House of Fraser sealed its fate and the Headrow store closed in 1996 and the name, in time, even vanished from the shopping centre that the rebuilt store had formed part of.
In happier times the store celebrated it's Golden Jubilee in 1951 and published a booklet to celebrate the event and charting the history from a single shop unit by Snowden Schofield to a fashionable department store. The graphics, of twin banners, are very suitably 'Festival of Britain' in style.
This was our first brand new Foden when we bought it in 1967, I think it cost £6000 from Stanley Hughes at Cleckheaton. This Foden still exists as far as I know, we kept it for 17 years. In 2008 some one called Jim Sale owned it. We have a similar 6 wheeler but older buried in our yard, 892 CWW, the pair of them used to carry scrap steel to the famous Skiningrove steelworks a 220 mile round trip, a full days work back then.
Seen her after a chassis spray and having had a second hand ali body fitted, hooray no (very heavy) tailboard to remove umpteen times a day anymore. A Ford D series six wheeler with a V8 donated the body, I think we sold the Ford on.

Tasked with a highly classified mission to transport a number of Reaper artifacts, along with the scientific team studying them, the Alliance vessel SSV Schofield embarked on a covert voyage on the fringes of the galaxy.
This mission was known to only a select few, and would have remained undetected had a sympathetic mole not leaked its existence to a Cerberus contact of his
