The Cedrino is a river that flows in the province of Nuoro, in central-eastern Sardinia.According to the historian Vittorio Angius derives from the luxuriant presence of cedar plants already in Roman times
The Cedrino is born on the slopes of Mount Fumai (1316 m asl) and of Mount Novo San Giovanni, in the Gennargentu massif, near the Supramonte of Orgosolo. After a winding path of 80 km it flows into the Tyrrhenian Sea.
