Fira (also called Thera or Thira) is the main town of Santorini island, located on the top of a cliff of a caldera. It has stunning views, a museum, a cable car and bars and clubs and its central location makes it a good base to use as there are buses to many other parts of the island.

Last day on Santorini and still so much to do. Breakfast at the black beach of Perissa, climbing the volcano, swimming in the hot spring offshore, walking to the little church off the point, dinner at Hella's etc etc!
Santorini grape growers use a very unique way to grow the grapes. As the vines grow, they are woven into baskets with the grapes facing toward the inside of the ring. The vine’s leaves and vine provide protection for the grapes from harsh winds and sunlight.

Santorini's most iconic image - blue domed church with white cross and a sleek bell tower.
I have done quite some researches, yet the name of this particular one (maybe the most photographed church on Santorini) is still unknown. From my limited sources, this church is probably called Agios Minas. It is very close to Santorini Plaza Hotel. If you want to make your own post card, this church with blue Aegean Sea and Nea kameni volcano island as the backdrop is your best option.
