Because of the strike, the buses weren't running on time. I decided to bike back up to campus. These birds kept me company flying a couple yards up every time I got close.

pelican - santa cruz, CA

The Castle of Santa Cruz is one of the symbols of the City Council of Oleiros. It sits on a small island in the estuary of A Coruña which is accessed by a wooden footbridge. It was declared of cultural interest for its high historical interest, which along with its natural beauty and landscape make this a special place full of magic and history.

The island has around a seafront promenade from which you can enjoy magnificent and unbeatable views of the herculina city and Santa Cruz and its small port, although today the number of sailors is very low , it was one of the most important of Oleiros between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries.

"Luck"

I've been here countless times, most times the sun doesn't break through the clouds, than once in a while you get lucky. That morning I had "luck" on my side. I shot this at Santa Cruz, Natural Bridges State Park
