Went for a stroll in the local woods. We didn't get the amounts of snow that some parts of the country received but the light dusting, sub zero temperatures, crispness underfoot and a bright sun all went towards a very enjoyable couple of houirs out. Shot with my clever phone.

Taken during a jolly down in West Cornwall. The original image was taken with my S7 Edge and the sky was from a shot taken with my Fuji X-E1 a couple of years ago.

Thanks for visiting

It's been a while since I've had a car in my photostream so I'm really pleased to be adding this one.

I took this shot at a reenactment event in Pickering last year with my Samsung S7 Edge. It's subsequently been put throught its paces in LR, Smart Photo Editor, Photoscape and Picasa.

Thanks for visiting and I hope that you enjoy the work.

Just had a couple of days in London hitting some of the galleries. Naturally I also took loads of pictures whilst wandering about from venue to venue, and this is the first off the roll.

Shot with my all new, all singing, all dancing, smart phone. Very smart as it turns out because it's producing some very credible and impressive images.

No, I know, it won't replace my cameras - well not completely - but it was a bit of an eye opener just how much has improved since my last smart phone purchase (and this one is sooo last year - in terms of tech) and I haven't even switched over to Pro mode yet. Many happy pictures to come I think.

Thank you for visiting my stream.

The castle of Acaya is located a few kilometers from the Adriatic coast of Salento, not far from Lecce, of which Acaya is a hamlet. The castle rises in the place where the small Medieval settlement of Agenas, owned by the Acaya, was established, which in 1535 changed its name to Acaya, right from the name of the Baronite family.

Clifftop view looking west over Pobbles Bay, Three Cliffs Bay with Oxwich Bay and Cefn Bryn in the distance. I struggled to stop the wind snatching my S7 phone out of my hands! The air was filled with of a mix of aromas, coconut from the gorse flowers and seaweed from the sea.

Well I don't quite know what to make of this one :D

I processed a shot from my mobile in Snapseed, booted it off to my PC, dropped it into Smart Photo Editor to have a play and this popped out. Definitely one for the abstract folder!
