treated us rudely on our arrival at Tubabao Island thinking we were some tourist out to collect some rare plant from his property so we went our way to the caves. When he learned from the boatman who we were, he was profusely apologetic on our arrival blaming us for " not properly introducing ourselves to him."

Hot chocolate made from tablea is usually poured over rice and goes well with keseo, or mango. All during lunch or dinner! Rarely for dessert. Thank the Aztecs for discovering them and the Mexican/Spaniards for bringing them over 500 years ago.
