She's seen here on her second day at work at America's Central Port in Granite City, IL shoving the Monsanto job's four cars back past former C&NW SD40-2 #2301 (ex-6923).
The 2301 is painted up in Illinois Terminal colors, arguably one of Illinois' most famous fallen flags and a local fan favorite.

This is my friend Al Bergmann and have known him my whole life. Yesterday he turned 93 and I was in a fire truck with my husband and all the other trucks, police and EMS rode by his house and sirens and lights going. He was in the Army, worked for the Charlevoix electric Dept. and a fireman most of his life till he retired. He's even wearing his red fire coat they had back when. Well I had the help of his daughter to get a shot of us coming and I took the other two as we drove past. Pretty emotional for Al, his daughter called and said he just cried.........
Our fire dept along with police have been doing this for abit for kids and elderly. I've been on two........one to the emergency dept. at our hospital and this one.

This moment was made possible by Adam Taylor, providing the headsup and Matthew Chapman allowing me to ride along as the family vehicles were spoken for on this day.

The officers on the bridge and the barefoot cadets lined up on the arms lift their hats in a traditional farewell salute to Canada as the 4-masted bark Kaiwo Maru, a Japanese training ship, leaves Steveston harbour, BC, on a voyage that will stop off in Hawaii on her way back to her home port of Tokyo, Japan.
