Consumer Product Safety Commission spokeswoman Arlene Flecha talks with one of the hundreds of families with children that stopped by the CPSC booth at National Council of La Raza Conference in San Antonio, Tex., from July 10 through July 12. Flecha and other CPSC staff have been reaching out to minorities around the country in CPSC's “Safety Starts in Your Home” outreach campaign.
