The Fruit She Meant to Keep is a meditation on attachment and erosion. This isn’t about consumption it’s about preservation. The leaf clings as if it too fears being forgotten. The fruit, held but not grasped, becomes a vessel for everything left unsaid. I wanted to capture the exact moment before loss when something still has its shape, its weight, but not its function. This is about objects that survive memory and how they become sacred because they were never used.

“After” is an image of finality without closure. A woman lies in an anonymous corridor, dressed for a ceremony that never came. The light catches the water pooling beneath her, reflecting not her image but her absence. This piece confronts the viewer with the body as witness—silent, dressed, displayed. It asks nothing. It waits.

📝 Artist Statement:

Reliquary of the Forgotten Grove imagines a moment suspended the last breath of a once-sacred forest now trapped in glass. This orb is both archive and oracle. Inside, broken wheels, abandoned stonework, and a glowing core suggest the remnants of civilization now overtaken by nature. The grove exists in memory, preserved through ritual, forgotten by time.

I created this piece as part of a meditation on impermanence. The orb protects what was once powerful, but it also isolates it turning myth into artifact. The viewer is asked to confront their role: are they the keeper, the witness, or the one who forgot?

There are moments in life when the sky breaks open — not to bless, but to expose.

This piece is a meditation on the theater of isolation. The woman in red is not kneeling to pray — she is kneeling to remember. The crows gather not in menace, but in attendance, like sentient shadows of memory, holding vigil.

The ruined architecture mirrors the internal collapse of structures we once trusted — family, faith, even our own names. But still, the light comes through.

The dress extends behind her like spilled blood or unfurled lineage, and she does not turn to face the viewer — because the moment is not performative. It is private. And sacred.

This is for those who mourn quietly but completely.

Who know what it is to be watched by silence itself.

Artist Statement:

This piece was born out of a meditation on what it means to be reborn painfully. I envisioned a once-holy place, now overtaken by creeping black roots and faceless human forms — beings neither alive nor dead, struggling upward on a staircase flooded with unnatural light. The vines are not just growths but memories, regrets, griefs — binding and birthing all at once.

The architecture is inspired by old European cathedrals — sanctuaries that once symbolized purity and salvation. But here, they are reclaimed by a darkness that is not evil, but inevitable. The figures do not escape their entanglement; they become part of it. This is not a fall from grace. It is a climb toward a new, feral grace — one forged in pain, shadow, and transformation.

Artist Statement:

This piece emerged from the idea that memory is not recalled it is exhaled. The Mouth Remembers imagines a world where the past leaves the body in brittle fragments, painfully and gracefully. The figure is sculptural, wrapped in emotional residue, sitting within a shrine of silver skulls not dead things, but echoes of every version of herself that she had to kill to survive.

This is not a scream. It’s not a purge. It’s the soft-spoken architecture of grief and self-reforging where even pain is plated in chrome and made holy.
