I just watched episodes 1&2 of the new Thundercats Series.

Being a huge fan of the earlier series, I needed to try my hand at a minifig-scale Sword of Omens.

It could still use some work.

It is just a CAD model for now.

I know the minifig looks nothing like Lion-O. Please use your imagination. Picture his mega flowing mane, and pissed-off countenance, then amp the swag. There you go.

One of the first Zoids to be built around the newly-developed Organoid System, the Storm Sworder was developed as a counter to the new Guylos Zoids like the Genosaurer. As a result, the Storm Sworder is both incredibly fast and agile; in the air, the Zoid's agility is only matched by the Raynos and the Deantler-fused version of Storch. The final version of this Zoid, the Storm Sworder FX, is tied with the mighty Gilvader as the fastest flying Zoid of all time, achieving mach 4 as it's top speed.

Yet another Zoid, this time it's pretty much a complete copy of Sage's Storm Sworder. He sent me a breakdown of it via Skype, and must I say, it's a great model! This looks great next to my other Zoids. If you haven't seen them, check them out here.

I value feedback! If you fave, I'd greatly appreciate it if you commented about the build as well! Thanks!

Many thanks for your comments, faves, and follows :)

I'm very happy with the new LEGO scabbard that comes in the Pirates of the Caribbean sets! However they are not compatible with all LEGO swords.

So I have put together a little guide showing which of the LEGO swords the scabbard is compatible with. I have also included swords from all of the major customizers like BrickArms, Brickforge, Little Armory, Sidan Toys and BrickTW.

A TOTAL of 46 SWORDS are currently reviewed! You can read the review at theBrickBlogger. Enjoy!

Tried adding a little texture to this one to try and give it a canvas look.

Btw the texture is from one of the felleskjøpet grain silos in Trondheim :)

Slicey-slice! Beware the sword grass, for it is sharp.

Okay, I'm lying.

It's not sword grass. I don't even know that such a thing exists, and if it does, I want some.

No, this is... uhh, some kind of mounding shrub. Spirea, I think. I don't really know. I fade in and out.

Of course, that's what writers do. We make stuff up, often to accomodate our own lack of knowledge. "Oh, that? That's, uhhh, Horsefriar Bridge. Yeah, yup, uh-huh. Keep going thattaway, and it'll take you to Jimsonsburgsville. Sure. Good luck! Drive safe!"

Anyway. Thanks, all, for making yesterday's premiere of Shadowstories, Chapter 1, a resounding success. Those of you who vistited, you're awesome. Those of you who didn't, a pox on your pets.

Not really. Your pets are lovely.

Peace, unity and freedom

There are two kinds of warfare: physical and spiritual. Make sure you have weapons for both.

Two more are on the blog, here.

Almighty God Is the One True God Who Rules Over All Things | God Himself | www.holyspiritspeaks.org/almighty-god-is-the-only-true-go...

Everything of this world swiftly changes with the Almighty’s thoughts and beneath His eyes. Things mankind has never heard of suddenly arrive, whereas things that mankind has long possessed unknowingly slip away. No one can fathom the Almighty’s whereabouts, much less can anyone sense the transcendence and greatness of the Almighty’s life force.

6 years later... Time to begin again...

I've seen a lot of broad swords and straight blades but i have yet to see a truly curvy blade. So i took it upon myself to make one and well here it is.

It has a 40.cal pistol hidden in the hilt for when you need the upper hand. the helical magazine slides into the handle and has 16 caseless rounds inside. If one of the rounds fails you just take out the magazine and pull back the slide to remove it.

I am very proud of this and i am keen to hear what you, the general public, think.

It will be at the very top of the page when you import. So don't worry if it doesn't appear in the middle. As always, feel free to do what ever you please with it but just give credit.

It is also called Lake of Returned Sword- The Emperor Le Loi returned the sword to the giant golden turtle.

This stretch of beach, between Lion-Sur-Mer and Ouistreham in Normandy, France is a playground for locals and visitors alike.

It was very different on 6 June 1944 when this was known as Sword Beach and thousands of British soldiers of the 3rd Infantry Division and the 6th Airborne Division landed here under withering fire from defending German forces.
