this is my newest girl Lili
I am absolutely baffled at how photogenic and not to mention how super cute she is !!!!!!!!
When she was first ordered,I had an idea to make her kind of mischievous and a prankster but, now that she Finally came in, she gives and aura that is much more sweet, gentle, loving, and clumsy! I cant wait to take more pictures of her with Jess out in the garden! (too bad it is still really cold here...)
A new shop in London, Oxford street. Their products look sweet and yummy but they are all cosmetics!
It looks like a trend to wrap and present cosmetics or perfumes as if they are edible. Many products, I could not tell how to use at all until I read the instruction very carefully.
Balcony gardening. A nice white bell pepper blossom. We’ll feel lucky if the plants eventually produce small peppers before our weather turns too cold.
“Sweet Reflections” Vase
This project is a great way to repurpose the plain glass vases you get from the florist.

This isn't one of my dogs, just a sweet one posing for us at the Templeton Farmer's Market last month.

The castle is surrounded by eight acres of landscaped gardens, including Queen Elizabeth 1st bowling green, sweeping lawns, terraces and the 8th Earl's swimming pool, that is now an ornamental Lily Pond with a plume fountain. You can enjoy the fabulous collection of roses, huge magnolia trees and scented borders, as well as other specialist plants and shrubs in the majestic setting.

A speciality of my friend's recently openend sushi-restaurant in Innsbruck/Austria.
I had the honor to do some shots of the food for the menu - and the desserts were one of the most delightful parts.
Mainly it's sweet rice with coconut-milk-gravy, exotic fruits and sesame for the crunchy effect.
It certainly IS delicious and I can only recommend going there and having a try. The homepage should be up in the next few days. ;D

Jeremy Riddle - Sweetly Broken
From the album Sweetly Broken
To the cross I look, to the cross I cling
Of its suffering I do drink
Of its work I do sing
For on it my Savior both bruised and crushed
Showed that God is love
And God is just
Chorus:
At the cross You beckon me
You draw me gently to my knees, and I am
Lost for words, so lost in love,
I’m sweetly broken, wholly surrendered
What a priceless gift, undeserved life
Have I been given
Through Christ crucified
You’ve called me out of death
You’ve called me into life
And I was under Your wrath
Now through the cross I’m reconciled
Chorus:
In awe of the cross I must confess
How wondrous Your redeeming love and
How great is Your faithfulness
(2x’s)
Chorus:
Believe it or not the bright green plant here is in fact a Sweet Potato Plant.
One of the most brilliant greens I've ever seen!
Ingredients
5 medium sized sweet potatoes
1/2 cup white or brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For strudel topping:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for an hour or until done. Once the sweet potatoes are done, cool completely on counter or store in refrigerator overnight. Peel skin from potato. This should be done very easily. Place peeled sweet potatoes in a large bowl and mash them until smooth. Add the white sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk and vanilla extract to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix until smooth. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In medium bowl, mix the brown sugar and flour. Cut in the butter until the mixture is coarse. Stir in the pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over the sweet potato mixture.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is lightly brown.
Makes about 12 servings.
