The swag from the public day 1 of the show. Not bad, but there was so much more to get if we wanted to queue.
This is the stack of swag that was given internally when we had a recent new approval for one of our products. The cookies, at the fore, are these nasty cardboard-tasting things with the product logo on them. I've had bad experiences with them before. People still take them, though, so we won't be free of them anytime soon.
Mary brought "My Mother Was a Mad Scientist" card to promote The Scientific Method, as well as buttons and postcards.
This is one of the most practical swag items I have. This Cisco hand-powered flashlight came from TechEd 2009 in Los Angeles. Slide one switch to release the "crank" and you can squeeze the lever as long as you like to charge the battery. It is an LED flashlight so it lasts a long time and shines bright.
This was my favorite swag from MMS 2013. ITC Infotech gave out these handcrafted letter openers. The picture doesn't show it very well, but this one has an elephant on the end. Other letter openers had different designs. And even the ones with the same end were all slightly different. Both unique and functional.
